Color-coated aluminum coils can be simply divided into the following categories due to different processing processes and purposes of use:
Because of the paint applied on the surface, it can be divided into polyester (PE)-coated aluminum coils and fluorocarbon (PVDF)-coated aluminum coils; epoxy roller-coated aluminum coils. Of course, there are also cases where one side is coated with fluorocarbon and the other side is coated with polyester; there are even cases where both sides are coated with fluorocarbon.
Because of the thickness of the coating, it can be divided into single coating (4-20 microns); double coating (25-28 microns); and triple coating (35-38 microns).
Because of the pattern on the surface, it is also called printed aluminum coil; because of different uses, it is also usually called roofing material (aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing system), ceiling material (made of aluminum alloy ceiling), home appliance board (used in the interior and exterior of home appliances, in line with EU Rohs standards), food material (food-grade chromium and roller coating, in line with US FDA standards), brushed board (surface brushed), etc.

• Good temperature resistance, the melting point of aluminum is 660 degrees, and the general temperature cannot reach its melting point.
• Strong environmental protection, not easy to change color, meets environmental protection requirements.
• Corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, oxidation resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, decay resistance, UV resistance and other characteristics.
• Uniform and permanent color, its color is uniform and delicate, soft and bright, avoiding color difference.
• Combination of rigidity and toughness, the board surface strength is extremely high. Combination of rigidity and toughness, can be cut into strips, bent, balanced, drilled, connected and fixed, and edge compression molding at will.
